I could try to dig out of my memory the whole process from physiology class, but that might make my brain hurt, and why would I want to do that? So, the short and easy answer without explaining the whole process is that you pee it out.

I've never bought the stuff but I did hear that it says in on the bottle to carry an extra pair of underwear. True story I swear!
