Week two of marathon training.

Mon - Open water swim 1.8 mi.
Tues - Pilates, 8 mi w/6 @ MP
Wed - Core/strength, Bike 11.5 to/from pool, Swim 2900 yds
Thur - 12 mi long run pace with faster finish
Fri - Bike 11.5 to/from pool, Swim 2550 yds
Sat - 6.5 mi including 3x1
Sun - Family day

I know this looks like triathlon training but I did get in my 3 quality runs this week.

M - 4.3mi easy with short hill efforts
T - 8mi super recovery
W - 11mi steady hilly trails (>1000' gain over 4.5mi)
Th - 4.4mi recovery
F - 6.9mi w/ 3x 1mi @ 10-15k pace + 600m @ ouch
S - off
S - 14mi easy
