I just saw the post about where is Kenny? Sometimes, I have to ask myself that question as well.

But, thank you for thinking of me and my family. As someone pointed out I am well and safe. It's been an interesting week to say the least, but fortunately we only sustained power outage but I can't say the same for some friends and family who had damage.

I've been a bit MIA on the boards in general and that's mainly because of work obligations. A lot going on and hopefully something very exciting to roll out in the next few months.

I am still vegan but with less ranting. I bought a Nutri Bullet and my life has changed.

I am NOT running Brooklyn Marathon, as I stuck with Philly for this year. BQ is going to be hard but as of right now I will go for it. Training has gone real well now it's a matter of executing.

In the meantime, I do have some seperation anxiety from not being here to often. So, I meditate and meditate.
