Ab Ripper In&Out

Tried Ab Ripper first time yesterday morning. First one, In&Out, so easy, because my legs and upper body could only move at the same directions.

I hate it but I love it?!?!!?!?!
Oh wait, yeah the rest of the workouts suck...but you already knew that. I bet Jerry couldn't get through all of it...despite his lack of body fat.

Haha, I did the bicycle thing, then had to go to work.

You mean you only did 3 of the moves (if you did both versions of the bicycle, front and backwards) out of the 13???? Um, I wouldn't even consider that a workout then.
