I'll come back here later and do this right after I actually look in my closet at home and take inventory but here's the task....

List out your ACTIVE running shoes by brand/model. No, Dave, not just ones you have in your closet but can't bring yourself to throw away....ACTIVE shoes you've used in the last, say, month.

Lunar Racers, first generation:

For racing only. I don't really feel they fit me that good, but nothing that wrong to change, at least not before I finish the two pairs I have.

Asics DS Trainer:

For speed work only. I have a little foot pain with it, but it may be my foot's fault. I don't know.

Asics GT-2160

For all other runs. Perfect.

I like, but always forget, to get a Nike Free type of shoes to run on the grass to strengthen foot muscles.

I have only 3 right now in rotation but looking for a 4th to use but can't find one.

Mizuno Ronin 3's - Races, track work
MInuno Ronin 2's - LSD, GA, Tempo
Mizuno Precision 11's - recovery

I'd like to find a shoe for long runs that are in the 8+ oz range but can't seem to nail one that fits well.

Trainers:

Adidas Supernova Glide (2 pair) - I don't really like them but they were free when Adidas was sponsoring us
Reebok something or other - These came for free for being a Peachtree Training Coach. They are actually not too bad.
Brooks Defyance
Brooks Launch (lightweight)
Adidas Adizero Bostons (2 pair) - I really like these and the colors are pretty hot

Racing:

Adidas Adizero Tempos (2 pair) - I like these, but I can only go the half distance in them

Brooks Green Silence - Lots of miles
NB Minimus Road - Lots of miles
Nike Lunaracer (x2) - Lots of miles
Nike Streak 3 - Lots of miles
Brooks Cascadia 6 - Not a lot of miles
Five Fingers (x2) - Not a lot of miles
Nike Zoom Streak xc 2 - 24.1 miles

I'm due for a couple new pairs of everyday shoes. It's looking like I'll go with the Green Silences again (the new colors are awesome!) and likely try the Progrid Kinvara 2s.

I have very few right now. 1 pair of Saucony Tangent for most runs, whether speed or long and one pair of Nike Free for recovery runs and sometimes longer runs. I have 2 fresh pairs of Tangents in the closet for when the current pair wear out (usually at 500 miles). I've been too cheap to buy a whole lot of pairs.
