Training advice
I ran Chicago a few weeks ago and am running a half next weekend. I need some advice on milage for the week. It would normally be a taper week if this was a race I was trianing for...but since I am recovered and ready to go....
I ran 2,3, and 6 last week. This week 3 and today 8 and tomorrow not sure. So...milage suggestions please! Thanks!

As Michelle said an 8 to 10 miler at an easy pace sounds about right.
