Sorry you missed it by only 3 seconds but you ran an awesome race. Good long run day after race, too. Maybe next year will be the PR year for you on that course.

Tomorrow starts my first run of training and new blog Just had terrible Mexican food. Hopefully I can detox before tomorrow mornings run in heat and humidity. Been interesting what my new blog name is. So far I see a few I like but might have to twist it around some.
