F - 5.25 easy miles, 35 minutes core/strength
S - 10 miles (unintentional progression)
S - 25 min dynamic recovery
Week 31.25 miles
YTD 1155.22 miles
I'm officially in uncharted territory. Previous high YTD miles was 1145 last year.
