Monday, 8/2 - 10K easy run; 1700 yd OWS
Tuesday - 8.3 miles run (6 x 1 mile); 23 mile Afternoon Ride; Weights & core
Wednesday - 5.5 mile Recovery Run; Swim 2500 yds
Thursday - 22 mile Easy Ride; 30 min Brick Run;Weights & core
Friday - 2800 yd Swim
Saturday - 80 mile ride
Sundy, 8/8 - 16 hot and humid miles
