Mon - Drive back to Atlanta
Tues - Swim 2800 yds; Strength work and stretch session
Wed - Ride 20 easy miles, Brick run - 5 miles
Thurs - Swim 3800 yds, Ride 29 miles
Fri - Morning Run - 15 miles w/pace changes; Afternoon Run - 4.1 miles
Sat - Drive to Louisville, KY
Sun - 112 mile bike on Louisville IM course
Tues - Swim 2800 yds; Strength work and stretch session
Wed - Ride 20 easy miles, Brick run - 5 miles
Thurs - Swim 3800 yds, Ride 29 miles
Fri - Morning Run - 15 miles w/pace changes; Afternoon Run - 4.1 miles
