Taper Week #1  (And I would kill for a temperature under 73F)

Monday - Day off (1st one in a long time)
Tuesday - Swim 2900 yds, Bike 24 miles, Work with trainer
Wednesday - 11 mile Easy Run with fast finish
Thursday - Bike 25 miles with intervals; 3.1 mile Brick Run
Friday - Easy 4.5 mile run; Swim 2900 yds
Saturday - 2200 yds OWS followed by 6.5 miles with 2 x 10 min @ 7:40 pace
Sunday - Easy 35 miles

WTD      Swim    8000 yds
             Bike      84 miles
             Run      18.6 miles
