Mon - 6 easy miles
Tues - 9.75 miles done as 3 x 2 mile w/400 rest; Core work
Wed - Swim 3100 yds, Bike 22 miles
Thurs - 10 miles @ MP. 12 total; Core and strength
Fri - 6 recovery miles then striders
Sat 6 easy miles - caught in rain/thunder/lightening
Sun - 17 miles as part of Publix GA Marathon
WTD: Running 56.75 miles
Swimming 3100 yds
Biking 22 miles
Tues - 9.75 miles done as 3 x 2 mile w/400 rest; Core work
Wed - Swim 3100 yds, Bike 22 miles
Thurs - 10 miles @ MP. 12 total; Core and strength
Fri - 6 recovery miles then striders
Sat 6 easy miles - caught in rain/thunder/lightening
