W - 7.2mi easy
Th - 12mi w/ 4x 12min tempo
F - off; move in day!!!
S - 9.2mi easy + furniture building
S - 20.3mi easy + furniture building

Yes, furniture building is a workout.

Hood To Coast finished the week.

Mon - Day off
Tues - 9.2 miles done as 5K tempo and 6 x hill with w/u; c/d
Wed - 6.2 easy miles
Thurs - Travel day
Fri - HTC Leg #1 - 5.67 miles down Mt. Hood; Leg #12 - 6.2 miles to Portland (part on bike path)
Sat - HTC Leg #23 - 4.27 miles into the mist and sunrise; Leg #34 - 3.36 miles near the end (Ocean in site)
Sun - Travel day

WTD:  34.9 miles   HTC miles completed at an 8 min pace average.
