Sorry to hear about new setbacks cutting into your miles.  I do know first hand some of the runs you've been getting in were very good.  Hopefully you are feeling better this week and having the kind of mileage you planned.  Keep up the good work and build on the fitness you have.

Thanks Matt, yeah it was pretty awesome running the two days with you when you were here in Chicago. Hell, I could do that everyday and no doubt we had some good runs! 

As for this week things so far are going much much better. Looking forward to keeping the train on the right track, either way I just need to keep plugging away and good things will happen.

This past week has been a pretty good week for me with still a good amount running to do this weekend. One thing that is very important for me during the week is to get out early for the first run on double days. Especially since my runs are being longer during the week. This is a very challenging thing for me due to my schedule but I make it work and when need find ways to compromise my running schedule. I will have to admit it does stink when this happens because not only to I have to add runs but it also some times means I have to add miles to runs. Oh well that is what it is all about and do to the fact that I like running so much and enjoy I will keep on finding ways to get it done.

Michele I would never diss you all! Yes, life has been busy but there is always time for my good running friends. If there is one thing that I have learned over the past two years and getting better at is time management
