I hope all is well with you all. I've been MIA as have my miles. Ever since Napa 2012, I became a wimp, valuing sleep, soccer games and swim meets more than 50 MPW. And my physique shows it. But I still get in 4 milers 3x week, but that is all. Someday...

ANYWAYS...saw this, so it gave me an excuse to post...

Yes, runners are hot...
