Who was she? I had a number of runners with me from Nebraska - Lincoln specifically. They went ahead around mile 18 or 19 and I know they finished strong. Did she have long dark hair and a yellow Boston singlet? The Nebraska runners were trying to get me to come to Lincoln to run.Julie wrote:Nice pacing job, Michele. What type of pace are you able to sustain in the race? I'm curious looking at your paces for your long runs.

She had yellow, her two friends had melon and dark blue singlets. They all had hats on (per her FB pic). Yes she has long dk hair, Laura is my friend, her friends Cindy and Valerie were with her but I don't know them. She runs a hair salon...(if you talked about that stuff). Yes come to Lincoln!

Re: Your Week in Training Aug 12 - 18
I talked to her several times!! I asked her to fix my hair (as a joke). They ran with me until maybe 18 miles (maybe 20) and then they sped ahead as they were looking great. I saw her after the race, and she was very excited about having run a PR. Tell her that I said "Congrats" again.Julie wrote:Michele \"1L" Keane wrote:Who was she?
