Thanks Michele, Dot & Julie! It was a very good weekend for going the distance in the Mid Atlantic.

All three of us finished the beast from Boonsboro to Williamsport on Saturday. Whitney knocked it out of the park. I'll let her tell you. Vivian ran a very smart race, took her time and isn't too beat up now. I can't say the same Rolling Eyes. I finished too, but am on crutches and prescription strength anti-inflammatories now.

I'm sure we'll have Philadelphia reports from Kenny, Jim and John soon. They all finished and Kenny came in with a strong sub 3:20 time, possibly a PR?
