Week 1 of 14 Thxgiving 10k Training

Sat 8/18: 5.5mi easy
Sun 8/19: 7.07mi easy
Mon 8/20: 5.24mi easy + 8x 8sec hill sprints - said goodbye to Aileen as she went back to DC Sad
Tues 8/21: 6.17mi easy - started my adventure north
Wed 8/22: 5.11mi easy, 1hr capoeira at night
Thur 8/23: 7.3mi w/ 2x 1mi @ 10k pace + 2x 800m @ 5k pace w/ 3min recoveries - moved in!
Fri 8/24: errands

Week - 36.39 + drills (37.25)

Sun - 10.1 Miles (7:07/mile) @ Stoney Creek Metro Park (Michigan) - Cooler Weather

Week: 44.2 (A bit light on miles. Better Start Running More.)

Best I've felt since before the last marathon.

Mon: 6 easy

Tue: 10 w/ 3 tempo @ 6:30 avg (AM), 4 easy barefoot (PM)

Wed: 6.25 easy

Thur: 10.25 moderate

Fri: 6 easy + 6 hill sprints

Sat: 17.5 easy/moderate

Sun: 6 easy

Week 4 of marathon training, fairly decent week for me

Mon - 7.2 miles easy
Tue - 9.2 miles with 6x1 mile repeats with 3 minutes jog
Wed - 7.2 miles easy
Thu - 7.3 miles with 12x1 minute speed, 1 minute jog
Fri - 14 miles, thirds progression
Sat - 6 miles easy
Sun - nothing, golf vacation

Week - 50.9 miles
YTD - 1,703 miles
