Some of you guys get back into it so quickly - I'm jealous.
Another goose egg week for me - I'm thinking one more before I start running again.

Mon - 6 recovery
Tue - 11
Wed - 10 w/ 5 @ 15k pace
Thu - off
Fri - 8 w/ 10x100 on dreadmill
Sat - 21 in the Indianapolis snowy crap == one of the worst runs condition wise in my life. Felt like 25 miles
Sun - 14 more on the dreadmill
70 for the week
12 weeks down and 12 to go in my Bos training. Half way there.
Due to the trip to Indy with my 7 yr old I did two runs on the treadmill, now doubling my lifetime treadmill runs. I don't know how you guys put up with mind numbing nature of them

Just a workout dvd, 3 minutes strength, 2 minutes cardio, 1 minute abs x 3 each so less than half hour work out. It reminds me how much of a wimp I am in every way except what running does for me (i.e, the cardio is super easy for me and everything else is a struggle). It's put on by Jillian Michaels who was a trainer for Biggest Loser (which I never watched but that's who it is).
