How long were you on hold?
I was told 30-40 minutes yesterday, thus hung up.

Wow, I called before Christmas with a question about my 610, and I was on hold no more than 2-3 minutes. I think Doug is correct

I called them yesterday on a new portable gps I purchased and was told 40 minutes. Got pissed but then realized it's right after Christmas and I think their normally stellar customer service will return soon.
