Hey, I am looking at RunningAhead's reporting demo, pretty impressive. I've never really looked at my training history, but as I step up training, I may need it next year as a reference.

Can I setup to automatically load 405 data into it and Garmin Connect?

Any comments/experience on this site in this regard?

I believe you can, but the best place to ask this question is on RunningAhead.

Yes you can. I've used RunningAhead for several years and easily transferred my Garmin data. No plug in or anything required. It's pretty seamless.

I too transferred my Garmin data to Running Ahead. I don't remember exactly how I did it, but I remember that it wasn't difficult. The instructions are on the site somewhere.
