I had this twice so far about 30 min before I workout at gym and notice a big difference in my energy. Sort of a spike in energy that lasted through the hour workout.

Anyone else try this stuff. I am thinking of trying it before todays afternoon run. I like the regular one as the low cal one as sucralose and some other crap.

I got a free sample once and drank it before an easy morning run in lieu of coffee. Not bad. The lack of carbonation was a little weird, but probably something I could get used to.

I haven't tried the drink yet but have taken the chews they make. Like Dave they were handing out a lot of these free samples at the Shamrock Shuffle expo. I took a couple times before training runs and before running Boston, did they help not really sure. The chews don't taste great but they don't taste bad either, I guess you could say they are bland.

I tried the 25g protein drink over the weekend. The blackberry / acai blend. It was terrible. I'll stick to chocolate milk, Odwalla or Naked going forward.

Kenny, it must be awesome to be such a placebo responder.

I bet if I told you a cup of horse piss would make you run a 2:10, you'd believe it. You'd hold your nose and drink the stuff, and surprise, surprise, probably would run a 2:10. FRS Powered by Quercetin 2287476475
