Time for a 2nd run if you already did one this morning? I thought it was time for lunch.

Ran 14 miles at 5:30 this morning. Had the whole day to fantasize about my next run, which will be 15 miles on Thursday.

Yep sure has been nice to run this week. Heck I didn't even mind the 87F high humidity during my trail run this weekend. After running in 100F temps running in 80F and humidity doesn't feel all that bad.
Run More, ok will do I will run more, don't have to twist my arm!

With a trial today and tomorrow and a 5k tomorrow night, no beer or wine for me this week until about 7:30 pm Thursday night. And based on the week I've had, it will taste OH SO SWEET!
Re: TIME TO RUN!!!
This week I did 3 miles on Sunday, 6 miles on Monday and 4 yesterday.
Today I just walked a few miles and nothing tomorrow.
Friday we drive to Danville, IL for the 8 hour ultra on Saturday.
So I am taking it easy now.
My strategy is to go out slowly and then slow down - maybe.
Goals:
A - 50k
B - 26.2
C - Anything past my longest run of 17.
