Treadmill Empty Treadmill

My coworker asked me if I knew of a good treadmill that is around $700.00 - $800.00. Her mom is looking to do walk/running and wants a quality treadmill that's not too expensive. Martin and I used to have a Sole, but I'm wondering if anyone else has any other suggestions?

In that price range she might want to consider a lightly used treadmill of good quality.

When I went shopping for mine (ended up buying a commercial use Precor) I relied heavily on the reviews and info at this site to get started:
