Mon - Day off
Tues - Swim 2600 yds; Ride 25 miles
Wed - Run 7 miles (hill repeats), Easy Spin (15 miles), Trainer
Thurs - Swim 1400 yds, Ride 22 miles (intervals)
Fri - Run easy 6 miles; Swim 3200 yds (lake swim)
Sat - Ride 98 miles, Brick run 3.3 miles
Sun - Run 17 miles
