T - 9.1mi w/ ~6mi "race run" up Signal Mtn in Chattanooga
W - 13hr travel day  Shocked
Th - weights + 8hr travel day  Shocked
F - 2mi walk with Ocoee w/ some jogging
S - weights
S - 1.5mi walk with Ocoee w/ some trail running

Week - Maybe 10mi.  Maybe.  + weights
