M - 45min bike w/ 5min @ VO2max + 10min @ sweet spot
T - off
W - off
Th - 2hr bike solo and steady
F - off
S - 3hr bike group with some hard efforts
S - 2hr45min bike group not as easy as advertised 

Week - 8hr30min bike, 150mi

Mon - BB Full Body HIIT
Tue - BB Upper Body Fix, Run 5
Wed - BB Lower Body Fix, Swim 1400 yds, Run 5
Thur - BB Pilates Fix, Pilates class, Run 5
Fri - BB Cardio Fix, Swim 2050 yds, Run 3
Sat - BB Dirty 30, Run 7
Sun - BB Yoga Fix

Coldest run this week 25 degrees.
Warmest run this week 31 degrees.

I had to dig out the long pants...
