I tried.

M - 10.1
T - off
W - off; Ocoee started vomiting
Th - 10.2; Ocoee still vomiting
F - 14.25; Ocoee still vomiting
S - off; Ocoee still vomiting, drove to Reno and back through the snow to have him scoped
S - off, maybe gym later?; we'll see if Ocoee vomits after the meds wear off

Mon - BB Back/chest, Swim 1250 yds, Dreadmill run 3 miles
Tue - BB legs, Pilates, Dreadmill run 3 miles
Wed - Aqua jogging, Swim 1550 yds,  Run 5 miles
Thur - Pilates, Run 5 miles
Fri - BB Arms/Shoulders, Family stuff
Sat - Family stuff
Sun - Family stuff, Run 5 miles
