Mon-Swim 1700 yds, Run 2.2 mi easy
Tue-BB Legs, Swim 1550 yds
Wed-Run 5.25 easy, Swim 1700 yds
Thur-BB Shoulders/Arms
Fri-Run 5.25 progression
Sat-BB Full Body HIIT, Run 5.25 easy
Sun-Run 4.4 easy

Not a bad week considering it was a holiday week and I've still got a nasty cough.
