T - 6.55mi trail
W - 6.4mi moderate
Th - drive to OC
F - 9.65mi trail w/ ~1000' gain
S - 17.25mi trail w/ 2350' gain
S - heading out this evening for 5ish easy with Dan

Week - 49.4

Mon - Swim 2600 yds; Core & weights with Kyle
Tues - Run 7.5 miles with 3 x 5 min @ race pace
Wed - Easy 6.2 miles; Recovery swim 2100 yds
Thurs - Day off (supposed to ride, but the rain came)
Fri - 3 mile Shakeout run in Tulsa
Sat - 1.5 mile Warm Up; USATF Master 15k Championship (9.36 miles); 1 mile cool down
Sun - Day off

WTD:   Swim 4700 yds
           Run    28.56 miles

Now a little break and then gearing up for Boston

You kind of slipped that marathon in without much fanfare Kevin.  Nice!

Mon - BB Back/Biceps, Swim 2100 yds
Tue - Pilates, Run 4.25
Wed - BB Shoulders, Swim 2150 yds, Run 5.25
Thur - BB Legs, Pilates, Run 5.45
Fri - Swim 2200 yds, Run 4.4
Sat - BB Chest/Triceps, Run 6.3
Sun - Hike at Smith Rock...up and over Misery Ridge and back again. Very Happy
