S - 15.5 w/ 2.5k' vert, pacing the last 3rd of Overlook 50; brought my brother back from 5th to 3rd OA
S - 15.15 trail, mostly flat/rolling

Recovery Week with the Gaps thrown in.

Mon - Nothing, nada
Tues - Nothing, nada
Wed - Swim 1800 yds easy
Thurs - 30 min elliptical, Trainer
Fri - Run easy 4.4 miles
Sat - Run easy 4.4 miles with Chris
Sun - 59 miles Cycling  3Gap50 ride!  with Chris & Brian (and many other crazies  - www.6Gap.com)

Wed - Beachbody
Thur - Swim 1550 yds, Beachbody
Fri - Run 5.25 mi, Beachbody
Sat - Run 5.5 mi
Sun - Hike 4 mi w/1600' elevation, Beachbody
