Continuing tri training:
Mon - Day Off
Tues - 7.0 miles (3 x 3min hard + 2 mi @ HMP); Swim 3000 yds
Wed - Recovery 4 miles; Swim 3000 yds
Thurs - Ride 30 miles with intervals
Fri - Ride 45 miles; 30 min (3.5 mi) Brick Run
Sat - Easy 25 mile recovery ride
Sun - 13.5 miles with last 4 @ 8:50 down to 8:30
WTD Totals: 27.6 miles Running
6000 yds Swimming
100 miles Cycling
Mon - Day Off

F - off, drive to SD for beer, pizza, a stroll around the old stomping grounds

Week - 22.6 run, 2x weights, 3hr30min bike
M - 1hr35min bike
T - 7.5 + weights
W - 5.15

Mine were PB, MB and Ocean Beach.
My sister lives in Claremont Mesa so I run in Mission Bay & Fiesta Island often... (I used to waterski there...)
