M - 12.75 w/ 3x strides + a little strength
T - 2hr5min bike commute
W - 6 w/ 3x strides
Th - 7.15 
F - off
S - 9.15 w/ 2000' gain on MMT 100 course before volunteering at mile 38; fun day
S - 9.65 w/ 1200' gain in rock creek

Week - 44.7 + some bike

Mon - Total Body Conditioning, Swim 2200 yds
Tue - Bike 14 hilly miles
Wed - TBC, Swim 2900 yds
Thur - Pilates, 7 w/4x1
Fri - Swim 1225 yds
Sat - Brick  Bike 50 Run 6
Sun - Recovery and first day of taper!

Mon: 3 mile walk at lunch
Tue: Bupkus
Wed: 3.3 mile run with Alita
Thu: 3 mile lunch walk; 1.6 mile barefoot run with Alita
Fri: Bupkus
Sat: 4.6 miles parading with the band
Sun: 7.4 miles on mostly single track trails (725 feet climbing)

Total: 23.2 miles
