M - 5.65 commute w/ 3x hill sprints + push/pull/core
T - 6.8 commute
W/Th/F - 2hr5min bike commute 
S - 17.05 w/ some trail
S - 6.5 w/ 3x hill sprints

Week - 36mi run + 6hr15min bike

Mon - Total Body Conditioning, Swim 2350 yds
Tue - Pilates, Run 7 w/2x2
Wed - TBC, Swim 3050
Thur - Swim 1500, Bike 16 w/hills
Fri - Group Brick 38 mile bike followed by 3 mile run, Plus I biked an additional 11 miles to/from our meeting place at the pool.
Sat & Sun - Three generation trip to the coast with my Mom and daughter.

Good training week even though I took the weekend off to play with family.
