M - 10 easy + push/pull/core
T - 6.8 commute
W - off
Th - 1hr5min + 1hr bike commute
F - 5.1 commute
S - 5.1 commute + push/pull/core
S - 13 trail

Week - 40 + some bike + some weights

Mon - Total Body Conditioning (in the park)
Tues - Brick w/21 mile bike and 4 mile run
Wed - TBC
Thur - Pilates, T1 swim/run workout
Fri - Group bike ride 30 miles, Swim 2300 yds
Sat - 7 w/4x1
Sun - Rest/family

Really busy on the farm but I managed to get in a reasonable amount of training.

Mon: 2.3 mile lunch walk
Tue: 3.3 mile warm evening run with Alita
Wed: 2.6 mile lunch walk
Thu: 2.2 mile evening run with Alita
Fri: 3.3 mile barefoot lunch run
Sat: Rest
Sun: 5.3 mile trail run with Alita (607 feet climbing)


Total: 19.2 miles 

I did some PT work on one of the days, but I can't remember which one...
