Mon - Total Body Conditioning, Swim 2100 yds
Tues - Pilates, 7 mi w/3 x 1.5
Wed - TBC, Swim 3000
Thur - Pilates, 10 mi
Fri - Group bike 28.6 mi, Swim 2200 yds, Bike 5.8 home from pool
Sat - Bike 27.8
Sun - Rest/family day

Still struggling to schedule my long bike rides but I got a bit more in this week.
