Mon - Core/strength
Tues - Pilates, Brick w/15 mi bike, 5 mi run
Wed - Core/strength, Swim 1450 yds
Thur - One hour swim...2850 yds
Fri - Family stuff
Sat - Core/strength, more family stuff, 5 w/2x1
Sun - 11 mi
Farming, family, and weather are making it tough to get my training in!
Tues - Pilates, Brick w/15 mi bike, 5 mi run
Wed - Core/strength, Swim 1450 yds
Thur - One hour swim...2850 yds
Fri - Family stuff
Sat - Core/strength, more family stuff, 5 w/2x1

Mon - 5.7 easy miles; 2700 yds Swimming
Tues - 10.3 miles (2 x 3 miles with 1 mile rest); Core & Strength
Wed - 1750 yds Recovery Swim
Thurs - 12.4 miles - 10 @MP over hills; Core & strength
Fri - 12.2 easy miles morning; 7.0 recovery miles afternoon
Sat - 5 easy miles in the drizzle
Sun - 27 miles Cycling; 5.1 mile Brick run
Totals for the week: Run 57.7 miles
Swim 4,450 yds
Bike 27 miles
Mon - 5.7 easy miles; 2700 yds Swimming
