Mon - Core/strength, Total Body conditioning, Swim 2200 yds
Tue - 5 miles easy, 60 minutes on bike trainer
Wed - Core/strength, TBC, Swim 2200 yds, 50 minutes on bike trainer,
Thur - Pilates, 45 minute Aqua Jog, 5 miles w/ 4 x 800
Fri - Core/strength, swim 2500 yds
Sat - 8 1/2 miles
Sun - Family day

Tues - 8.8 miles with 5 x hill - 3 min up/3 min down
Wed - 2500 yds Swim, 18 miles Biking
Thurs - 10.3 miles w/ 8 @MP
Fri - 6 miles Recovery pace; Swim 1600 yd
Sat - 16.2 miles
Sun - 6.7 easy miles, 15 mile Biking

WTD:     Run - 53.3 miles
             Swim - 4100 yds
             Bike - 33 miles
