T - 6.2 w/ 3x ~4min tabata hills + 4.2 commute
W - off
Th - 6.75 w/ 3x 1mi @ 6:00 pace
F - off
S - 30.5 w/ 6000' gain/loss
S - 5.7 easy

Week - 63.35

Mon - Core/strength, TBC, Swim 2800 yds, Run 5.1 mi
Tue -  Pilates, Aqua Jog, Bike 12.2 mi
Wed - Core/strength, Run 5.25, TBC, Swim 2700 yds
Thur - Bike 11.5 to/from pool, Pilates, Aqua Jog
Fri - Rest/mini taper
Sat - Rest/mini taper
Sun - Heartbreaker Half  Very low expectations...ran more as a training run.  Went very well.

T - Hill Workout - 9.1 total miles
W - Bike 21 miles, Swim 2500m
Th - 8 miles w/ 6 @MP
F - 13 miles
S - 8 miles
S - Bike 21 miles, Run 5.1 miles

WTD:    Run - 49.2 miles
            Swim - 5400m
            Bike - 42 miles
