M - "Christmas morning" run with brother in CA; 11mi w/ 3300' gain/loss (yeah it was a steep mountain)
T - 4.4 recovery with Haley in CA
W - 9 w/ 2x2.5mi @ tempo-ish; fly back to DC
Th - rest
F - 3.75 commute
S - 15 w/ 20k DCRR race (1:25:xx, ~6:50 pace, 24th OA, faaaaaaast field; Haley took 1st AG)
S - creaky 5.75 recovery

Week - 48.9

Mon - Core/strength, Total Body Conditioning, Swim 2500 yds
Tues - Pilates, Aqua jog 45 min, Easy 30 min. spin on bike trainer w/one leg drills
Wed - Core/strength, TBC, Swim 2500 yds, Run 5.5 mi. easy effort
Thur - Pilates, Aqua jog 45 min, Easy 30 min. spin on bike w/ 6 x :60 high cadence
Fri - Core/strength, Swim 2450 yds, Run 5.25 easy effort
Sat - Bike 28 miles on a slightly chilly gorgeous day!  Easy effort with a snack break.
Sun - Much needed rest day

HR is still higher than I'd like but I feel like I'm regaining some of my fitness.
