F - 16.5 w/ 4800' gain/loss (old rag mtn x2)
S - 30.6 w/ 2000' gain/loss on 50mi course
S - 6 recovery

Mon - Swim 2350 yds, PT session
Tues - Core/strength, Pilates, Aqua jog 45 min, 10 mi w/2 x 3
Wed - Swim 2100 yds, PT session
Thur - Core/strength, Pilates, Aqua jog 45 min
Fri - Travel to race, 2 mi shakeout run
Sat - Bay to Brews Half 2:01:29 Very Happy
Sun - Travel day, Hip PT exercises

          Week      YTD
Run      25         914  (plus Aqua jog 45 min x 2)
Bike       -          807
Swim   4450     209,260

Good week.  Good half!  Here comes taper.
