Wed - Swim 1700 yds, Bike 11.5 mi to/from pool
Thur - 7 mi easy/moderate effort
Fri - Swim 2000 yds, Bike 11.5 to/from pool
Sat - 8 mi w/5 @ MP
Sun - Rest

My triathlon, lack of sleep, visitors, and farming duties caught up with me on Monday. I was exhausted! Took a couple days completely off and then eased back into training gradually. I cut back on distances and effort. Still tired but feeling better. I have a marathon to train for!!!!!!!
