Hey kids...
For those who are still kicking around this dusty ol' town...
The powers that be at Rodale have finally decided to pull the plug on the RWOL forums. Those forums will be disappearing later this week. I posted a link to this site for anyone over there that wants a quick and easy way to keep in touch with the other RWOL users, so you may see some new faces soon. Or may not. Time will tell.
In the meantime, I created my very own brand new Mr MattM account!
Happy running!

Thanks for the referral, Matt! It'd be great to have more folks join the party.
And welcome back!

Re: Hey kids...
Good morning and thanks for the invite! I mostly spent time on the RWOL Beginners Daily forum and loved the interaction there. Mostly running, but some other regular life stuff that impacts our running lol.Mr MattM wrote:For those who are still kicking around this dusty ol' town...

Mr MattM - is there a thread where I should introduce myself? Is the Virtual Coffeehouse (I love that name) the equivalent of our beginners forum?
Thanks and hope to end up in the right place soon, and with a real avatar.

Hey there! The running forum (at the top) was generally what we'd use for running-related discussions. The coffee house was typically for general chit-chat. Since the userbase here shrunk dramatically there's not a lot of content getting posted or updated. If more people come maybe it will fire up again... welcome!

Welcome!
Feel free to swing by The Welcome Thread in the Virtual Coffeehouse and tell us a little bit about yourself. We're a fairly small group at the moment, but we have a wide variety of interests and experiences. Glad you're here to add to the mix.

Feel free to peruse and suggest to Mark that he needs to dust some of the different sections. He's become real lax on that.
