Better get rid of that cold, Kevin before I get there. Still kind of in recovery mode until after my bike trip.
Mon - Ride 30 miles; Core class
Tues - Easy 6.5 miles; Strength work
Wed - Easy 4.5 miles; Swim 2300 yds
Thurs - Core class
Fri - Ride 33 miles; Recovery swim 1800 yds
Sat - Run 10 miles, solid pace, felt good
Sun - Ride 26 miles - windy and cool, good ride
WTD: Run - 21 miles
Swim - 4100 yds
Bike - 89 miles
Mon - Ride 30 miles; Core class

Wed - Easy 4.5 miles; Swim 2300 yds
Thurs - Core class
Fri - Ride 33 miles; Recovery swim 1800 yds

Still dealing with some residual lower left leg issues, but they seem to be subsiding.
M - 7mi w/ 3x strides/hill sprints
T - 1hr5min bike
W - 5mi
Th - 1hr5min + 1hr5min bike commute
F - 7mi w/ 3x strides/hill sprints
S - 10mi
S - 2hr10min "group" ride (ie 4 of us)
Week - 29mi + 5hr25min bike
M - 7mi w/ 3x strides/hill sprints
T - 1hr5min bike
W - 5mi
Th - 1hr5min + 1hr5min bike commute

Another minor step up in miles. Next 2 weeks are going to be tough. In Canada Mon-Thur both weeks and I just realized I forgot my garmin. Had hoped for some outdoor runs instead of shitty hotel treadmill miles.
