Tue - 5 miles, treadmill (new long after restarting in late March)
Wed - 4 miles, treadmill
Thur - 4 miles, treadmill
Sat - 1/3 miles (total 4), treadmill
Sun - 1/1/1/.5 (total 3.5), road
Total = 20.5, up from 17.5 the previous week.
Midweek runs go well, weekends are horrible. Down 9 lbs, still way too much for my poor legs to carry. Not really looking for more mileage this week, just hoping the weekend runs go better. Target = 19-22ish.
