Race and Recovery Week 

Mon - 26.2 Miles - 3:47:26 Boston Marathon
Tues - Nada
Wed - Nada
Thurs - Swim 1600 meters; Stretch & strength work
Fri - Run 4.37 miles recovery pace
Sat - Bike 28 miles
Sun - Run 5 easy miles

WTD:   Run:  35.6 miles
          Swim: 1600 m
          Bike: 28 miles

Mon - 26.2   Boston Marathon  4:33:38   Slow but an amazing experience.

Tues - Walked around Boston and had a beer at Cheers!

Sat - 6 trail run
Sun - 5

M - 4mi OUCH stupid calf
T - off
W - 1hr bike w/ 30min progressive tempo
Th - off
F - 1hr bike easy
S - 6mi on course, calf less stupid
S - 45min bike recovery

6 days til race.  Gonna be a fun last week of taper  Neutral

Mon - Core/strength, Swim 2600 yds, Bike 11.5 mi to/from pool
Tues - Pilates, 6.5 w 4x800
Wed - Swim 2300 yds, Bike 11.5 mi to/from pool
Thur - Pilates, 7 mi w/5 @ MP
Fri - Swim 1850 yds, Bike 11.5 mi to/from pool
Sat - 13 mi
Sun - Rest day
