Good to see you back out there, Kevin - and I expect to see you in a bit over a month. Hope you still plan on taking care of our riding group.

Wed - Easy recovery 6.2, Swim 1700 yds
Thurs - 13 total miles with 10 @ MP; Core and strength work
Fri - Recovery 6.4 miles; Swim 2000 yds
Sat - 16 miles Coach Carl's Boston Bound Run
Sun - 5.43 recovery miles; 23 miles biking
WTD: Running: 55.63 miles

Ran 228 miles in the month of March - most that I have run in a month in decades.

No worries, Kevin. Just giving you a ribbing.
M - 10.1
T - 5 commute
W - 10.15 w/ last 3 "moderate"
Th - off
F - 10
S - 24 on 50k course, last 6 "@ 50k pace" = blew up a bit
S - 5 recovery
Week - 64.25
Peaking is coming along nicely. Legs are trashed just the right amount. No idea what to shoot for on this 50k. Sub-4:30? PR (sub-4:33)?

T - 5.2
W - rest
T - 10.3 @ MP
F - rest
S - 8 hills
S - 10.3
Week - 34 - not nearly enough but nothing hurts right now so there's that....

W-0
Th-6 TM
F--5 TM @ MP
Sa-20 mi grp then bad pet news

Relatively low mileage for Boston training this year, but legs feel good (mostly) and hit most of the key workouts so here goes another one with long range focus of a successful Chicago in Oct.

Tue - 7 mi w/3 @ MP
Wed - Swim 2500 yds
Thur - 6.5 mi w/striders
Fri - Core/strength, Swim 1850 yds, Bike 33 miles (Awesome group ride)
