Day miles  type .
Mon     -
Tue     -        Shoveled out after late Nor'easter. Felt good.
Wed     -
Thu     -        Core & balance routine
Fri     -
Sat     -        I should be back on the roads again next week,
Sun     -        just in time for the cherry blossoms which have escaped
Week    -        total death (rather remarkably) that was forecast
YTD   104        after the deep freeze earlier this week.

Fri - off
Sat - 6 in San Diego.  Planned for longer but knee really hurt running on the concrete along Mission Bay.
Sun - 6.  Wasn't going to run after yesterday but got home about noon and decided to run for an hour on the dirt trail thru town, which felt a WHOLE lot better than yesterday.

Tues - Pilates, 10.4 easy
Wed - Core/strength, Swim 1850 yds, Bike 11.5
Thur - Pilates, 7 mi easy/moderate
Fri - Swim 2050 yds drill work
Sat - Eagle Bakery group run 5.2 mi moderate
Sun - Bike 14.8

After coming off a hard weekend with 5hr running and over 6k' gain/loss...

Congrats on that marathon Win, Mike!

Getting into the heart of it all - and my marathon protege ran extremely well which makes me very happy.

Mon - 6.2 miles; 2600 yds swimming (indoor pool which is meters)
Tues - 9.5 miles done as 1.5 miles W/u; 3 x 2 miles @tempo pace (7:48 ave); 1.5 miles Cool Down; Weights and core
Wed - Super slow and easy recovery 4 miles with Joe & Susie (10:10 pace).  Cold (25F) and Windy  (too cold to bike that evening)
Thurs - 11.5 miles with 10 @ MP over the hills of Dunwoody - Ave: 8:35 for run
Fri - 6 miles with Joe @10:19 pace which included the 120 Hill (200 ft elevation gain).  Didn't want to leave Joe to run alone in the cold (35F) and dark
Sat - Nothing, nada - had a fun day with Mary Pat who came into town to run
Sun - 21.5 miles - including a long run paced Publix Half Marathon, a run back to the park and 5.5 more miles with Maddie as she completed her first marathon in 4:16!!!!!!



WTD:    Running: 58.7 miles
           Swimming: 2600 yds
           Cycling: Nada
