Sorry to see that things still aren't quite right, Kevin.  That must have been one heck of a crash.

Mon - Easy 5.1 miles; Swim 2200 yds Drills
Tue - 9.1 miles with the same workout of hills 5 up 3 min, 5 down 3 min with 2 min rest in between; Core and strength
Wed - Indoor Cycle Class (22 miles); Brick Run 3.4 miles (30 min)
Thu - 6.2 easy miles; Core and strength
Fri - 6.2 easy miles; Swim 2200 yds
Sat - 8.4 total miles with 6.2 does as a Tempo at a local 10K  (8:05, 7:39, 7:31, 7:36, 7:29, 7:20) Course is overall downhill with some blips, felt awesome of the cold weather proabably helped some since it was 27F at the start.  HR not over 159 average 136 which is not even quite tempo range (cold weather).  Could have pushed much harder.
Sun -  15 mile Long Run 9:36 pace

WTD:  Run:   53.4 miles
         Bike:  22 mi
         Swim - 4400 yds
