2nd week running since ditching the knee brace.  Feels funky but ok.  Fingers crossed that the knee continues to improve.

Fingers crossed, Tim.

Mon - Core class
Tues - Easy 5 miles; Indians game
Wed - Core class, 30 miles biking - beautiful day (until the Indians lost)
Thurs - 5 miles easy
Fri - 1800 yds swimming; Core work with Jake
Sat - 12 miles
Sun - 5 miles

WTD:  Running: 27 miles
         Biking: 30 miles
         Swimming: 1800 yds (1 mile)

Tue - Pilates, 10 mi including 3x2
Wed - Swim 2200 yds, Core/strength
Thur - Pilates, 15 mi
Fri - Swim 2500 yds, Core/strength
Sat - 12 w/10 @ MP
Sun - 1 mi recovery walk

Bike       -      1153
Swim  7350  196,300

One more hard week before taper....
